I have to say that the locktown in Germany is very crowded and you should have plenty of time. Otherwise, as always, everything is the same. ?

1 order, 4 reasons for complaint! 1. Pass wrong food 2. Forget french fries and ketchup 3. Forget the cherry and apple pockets 4. Just hand over the food lukewarm This MC doesn't see us anymore!

At the moment, the collection of food ordered online is poorly organized. According to the app, this is only possible in Mc Drive, not in the restaurant. So you order and pay - in order to avoid waiting times - in the app and then stand in the queue again while precious minutes pass. To top it off, you are ordered to the waiting area (10 minutes after the actual order). In the end, ordering online only means that you don't have to touch any money. It's a shame, I'm used to it better.

Not recommended, you can tell that the beginners are not familiar. We put everything together on the screen and there was only a catastrophe, nothing fit and had to take everything apart again and complain. Only noticed it at home that not even the new glasses were packed. Never again and total nogo in this shop, even the disinfectant dispensers were all empty and nothing was going on ?????

Dear readers, today I went to eat at this restaurant with my friends. If you have noticed, the glass campaign is back at the moment. So I bought a Big Mac menu especially to get a glass. Fast food is all well and good, but a burger that is still raw is absolutely impossible. So we went back dressed, because burgers were shown and asked what we want money or a new burger. When the little hunger surprised us, it was obvious that we visit the McDonald's in Lichtenfels. We placed an order in advance (there wasn't much going on) and we waited for our number to be displayed. According to the advertisement, there were still two orders ahead of us, as far as everything was OK. Until a couple went to the cash register without pre-ordering. We were waiting for our number to be displayed. But what happened then? The display on the monitors went out and remained black. In the meantime, the couple's order was processed by two employees, while we looked puzzled at how it can be that their order is processed in front of ours and that by two employees. Sorry mcdo that is no customer service, you saw us devinitively for the last time. In the future we'll go to Subway next to.

We ordered at the terminal. Then we stood at the pickup counter for about 10 minutes. Then someone came and asked if we had already been served. We answered in the affirmative and he left saying there is still food missing. Then another employee came and said there were only blueberry muffins left, I wanted chocolate, ok then blueberry ? then another employee came who told us that the muffins were still frozen but that it would be ok because we would take them with us. If we didn't want to eat them with our coffee. Money back wouldn't be possible because we'd paid by card. I didn't apologize at all. Just one more comment that the colleague would be new. Then you just have to train the staff better.

Unfortunately not satisfied, the concept is not really the best. Have visited other mcdonalds with better hygiene concepts. In other Mcdonalds you get the table stand when you enter if you want to eat on site, you can then order at the terminal or checkout and your menu will be brought to your table .. when the food was distributed, you were asked to give your name and address directly in front of the employee to fill in.

Most terrible MC Donalds of all times why ??? 20min + wait for food then still unfriendly I don't know whether the operator has understood the meaning of fast food, apparently it's because only people work in it who weren't present at school that often

The incompetence crosses a no longer ethically justifiable threshold. The customer should be served properly during the regular opening times and should not be left standing in front of the door. Please keep to the opening times soon.

Very nice service. Food tastes good as always at Mc Donalds;) Ordering via the app worked well. The outside area has an awning (which unfortunately Tritz Regen was not used; ()

Tried and found refuge from the heat here today - "Restaurant" is air-conditioned. Had a drink from the machine, all right. For me, however, it remains incomprehensible how you can eat here with the large selection of cheap Franconian restaurants ...

No ability to take a drive through order. We ordered three happy meals, with nuggets, ketchup, mayonnaise, fries, quartsch for dessert and one water plus two apple sodas. Besides, 1 cheeseburger, fries and a medium coke. We got: Nuggets, no ketchup, no mayo, only three fries, no apple sodas and none of the toys. Imagine all this in a drive through. So man, you should really hire competent people.
